I started tattooing in Istanbul and have since worked in the UK and Germany. Working in different countries showed me how much the approach to tattooing changes from place to place.
What does not change is why people get tattooed: to mark a memory, a feeling or a person. The symbols differ, the reason is shared.
That is why I work on every line, shadow and area of empty skin deliberately. A tattoo should look like it was designed for the person wearing it, because it was.

THE GRKMVII PHILOSOPHY
GRKMVII is a private studio that works by appointment only, one client at a time, in a clean and focused setting. I see a tattoo as a long-term decision, so the process is built on conversation, precision and attention to detail.
VIEW THE TOOLS
I use digital tools to fit each design to the anatomy of the body part it will sit on, so the tattoo follows the shape and holds up as it heals and ages. The design is planned, not improvised.
